THE SHOP
We knew when we started planning the layout of the shop that a smooth material & product flow was necessary. We drew the shop floor plan on Auto CAD and moved things around until we felt everything would flow smoothly from machining to assembly to finishing and on to shipping.
I have always had the best machines with sharp blades to work with. Our shop is no different. Its equipped with fine Italian built machines that are well maintained and kept straight & square. These machines include: SCMI table saw with a 8 sliding carriage, SCMI tilting arbor shaper with Steph power feed, 14 wide SCMI jointer / planer, 16 Centero band saw, pocket screw machine, panel router, 12 x 48 wood lathe and too many hand tools & clamps to mention.
